LADA produces a range of engines that are fitted to all available models, with varying degrees of power depending on weight, sportiness and trim level. This is why the same engine will be found in a given model, but with more or less horsepower, depending on the ECU configuration.
The increase in performance of a LADA is linked to the power reserve left available by the manufacturer.
